Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on One More Disc, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. One More Disc is owned and operated by BSC, Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company.

2. The Service

One More Disc is a personal media collection management tool. It allows you to catalog your physical media (4K, Blu-Ray, DVD), organize shelves, track wishlists, and rate your discs. The service is provided “as-is” during the beta period.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person. Do not share your credentials.

4. User Content

You may upload profile images and other content to the service. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant One More Disc a license to store, display, and process it as part of the service.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
• Violent, threatening, or promoting harm
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Depicting other people without their consent
• Spam, advertising, or malicious content

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

One More Disc, including its name, design, and original content, is the property of BSC, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service without written permission.

Movie data, posters, and metadata are provided by TMDb (The Movie Database) and remain their property. One More Disc is not endorsed by or affiliated with TMDb.

7. Third-Party Services

One More Disc may link to external sites (Amazon, distributor websites, Letterboxd). We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Privacy

We do not track your behavior, use analytics, employ tracking pixels, or share your data with third parties. The only cookie we use is for authentication. Your collection data is yours. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data.

9. Beta Service

One More Disc is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. While we make every effort to protect your data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or zero data loss during the beta period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSC, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of One More Disc.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which BSC, Inc. is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
